Different kinds of diagrams invite us to read from real work data how they really work. This is no rocket science. Discovering the hidden secrets together with the entire team take maybe two hours but the learnings are in most cases impressive. Based on Jira in this talk, it can be adapted to other tools or even paper taskboards. I will explain my way of conducting the taskboard forensic. What can be found with little effort in the different diagrams. Let's discover them and their effect on continuous improvement.
