The work behind the results

Psychological safety is one of the most important factors in effective and safe-to-fail organisations. It is essential to us as humans that we have environments where we feel safe.

Introducing the concept of psychological safety into an organisation is not easy, and implementing it takes a long time.

This is the story told by Morgan and Gitte: two coaches with same value set and very different approaches.

The story of how tribe leaders wanted to have a “psychologically safe environment”, how the people of the tribe prioritised it, how the leaders took steps to make sure it was as important as new features, and how workshops were created to have everyone on the same page before starting to improve what was already there.
