Viviane strives to make work more effective, efficient and enjoyable by understanding and optimising processes and ways of working. Her focus is on quality assurance, especially for scaled agile development initiatives. She combines her testing experience with her background in communication management, her neurodivergent mind and training skills. She also leads CEE's Thought Leadership team, which aims to foster interaction with the Quality Engineering community.
