My name is Tamara. I'm 41 years old and I live with my partner and our two kids in Bitburg/Germany. During my free time I love to bake and cook. Also I spend a lot of time with music and playing instruments in a wind band. After 25 years of monotonous work as an office manager, I was looking for a challenge. Through my partner, who is also a tester, I was infected with the “tester gen”. At the Agile Testing Days Open Air 2022 I got a first glance of the testing community. There I met my current boss and I'm happy to have taken the step into testing as a career changer. Now I am a junior test consultant and currently trying to get into test automation. I have started programming with Python and I am also working with BDD. In my free time, I enjoy reading and learning about testing.
