Conferences are inspiring, but also intense. Between talks, conversations and constant new impressions, our minds rarely get a real break. This session invites all the folks to have a break. No experience is required, just join.

In this session, I gently guide participants through a calming imagination exercise that offers a simple mental reset to reduce stress, regain focus, and think more clearly. In this practical 25-minute exercise, participants can intentionally pause, listen, and relax.

During this session, you will travel in your imagination to your personal place of well-being: Whether it's the beach from your last holiday or a walk in the forest where you imagine the birds singing and the typical forest scent. Any place where you feel comfortable will help you relax. This imagination exercise can also be practiced anytime at home whenever you need a short break, more calm, or a clear mind.

The session demonstrates how powerful small, intentional breaks can be, supporting calm, concentration, and sustainable energy during a busy conference day and beyond. This is not about spirituality, but about a practical method that anyone can use immediately.
