Quan Minh Dao is an Agile Delivery Leader with a strong background in quality-driven software delivery, test automation and CI/CD. He works at the intersection of engineering, quality, and people leadership, helping teams build reliable, scalable products without sacrificing speed. With hands-on experience across SaaS, mobile, web, and regulated environment, Quan has led teams to embrace automation in their engineering practice - from test strategy and pipeline optimization to mordern delivery metrics and continuous deployment workflows. He works extensively with up-to-date testing frameworks, and observability practices to enable teams to ship confidently and iterate rapidly. Quan is passionate about practical ways of working that delivers business value, psychological safety in engineering teams, and creating collaborative environment where product engineers work together as partners. He holds an MSc in Software Product Business Management and is a Certified ScrumMaster.
