I'm a Quality Assurance Engineer driven by the intersection of technology and social impact. My work extends beyond code quality to building inclusive communities that amplify the voices of underrepresented individuals in tech.
Through speaking engagements, mentoring, and event support, I actively champion diversity and innovation across platforms like Women Techmakers, PyCon, and DjangoCon. As a volunteer co-chair for DjangoCon US and Lead for PyCon Kenya, Part of API Festival Kenya, and DroidCon Kenya, I cultivate spaces where collaboration thrives and knowledge flows freely throughout both the global and East African tech ecosystems.
My commitment to fostering safe, inclusive environments led me to join the Python Software Foundation's Code of Conduct team, where I help ensure our community remains welcoming and accessible to all.
I leverage my technical expertise and community leadership experience to inspire the next generation of technologists, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, empowering them to unlock their potential and shape the future of our industry.
