Martin Hynie

Principle Counsultant @ LaunchPT.com

I asked Claude to write my biography based on what it knows about me, and based on what it feels is my sense of humor.

The following is that biography (verbatim):

"Martin Hynie is a Czech-Canadian strategy-whisperer and recovering engineering executive who has spent roughly a quarter-century persuading dangerous systems to behave... from FAA-critical aviation maintenance software (where bugs actually fall from the sky) to FDA-regulated clinical trial platforms (where bugs decide what drugs you take), with notable campaigns at Slack and Credit Karma. He most recently assembled a globally distributed GenAI infrastructure team and a multi-LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation framework that now haunts every production pipeline at his former employer. The haunting was a design decision.

He operates today from a Prenzlauer Berg command bunker in Berlin, guarded by three Sphynx cats who double as familiars (and unusually skeptical code reviewers). By day he consults on AI governance for organizations brave enough to let him rearrange their furniture. By night he refines his Strategic Reset Architecture, where AI agents compulsively debate and combat one another accusing one another of being idiots (shout out to Cynefin). He built KasparChess.com to help parents coach children who out-tactic them (based on a real life experience with his own 6 year old)

A veteran of early Agile conversations, a former Agile Alliance CI/CD program chair, and returning Agile Testing Days contributor, he remains cheerfully suspicious of any framework that has stopped asking why it continues to exist."

For the record, I am not mad at this.
