Ray Arell helps leaders connect strategy to execution and build organizations that can adapt when conditions change. He is the Founder and CEO of nuAgility, where he works with executives and teams to improve value delivery, strengthen leadership, and create more sustainable ways of working.
During his 32 years at Intel, Ray held engineering and leadership roles spanning hardware, software, and organizational transformation. His work helped expand Agile practices across approximately 2,500 teams and 50,000 practitioners. An international speaker, advisor, and organizational coach, he brings practical experience in navigating complexity and helping people turn ideas into results.
Ray also hosts and produces the Agile Community Network, bringing people together to share experience, challenge assumptions, and learn from one another. His commitment to community extends beyond his professional work: he previously served for several years as board president of the Forest Grove Foundation, a nonprofit supporting community building and charitable initiatives.
