Chief Delivery Officer @ TestIT
I graduated in business administration at the Corvinus University of Budapest, because I have always been interested in how companies work and what makes one company more successful than another. I worked as a management consultant (Horváth&Partners), a product developer (Erste Leasing), a project manager (Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall), where I led a team (30+) of business analysts and testers. This was followed by a shift to the manufacturing sector, where I went from project manager to head of a ten-person ERP system support area at a German SME (FATH GmbH). Here I realized that one of the important criteria for corporate and project success is humanity. I am currently trying to capitalize on this experience as the head of TestIT Delivery, supporting my colleagues and our customers in a humane way so that they can implement high-quality software.
