In addition, you must prioritize your time while managing multiple tasks, balancing work and family, and also, take care of your physical and mental health to avoid burnout. How is this possible? How can leaders become effective role models for themselves and others in times where there is added stress?

Come attend this workshop where through a series of guided exercises and discussions, you will learn how to identify goals and accomplish them, take on different leadership traits to become an effective leader, and utilize productivity and mindfulness hacks to get control of your schedule and focus on the high priority items, manage remote teams effectively while building an environment of diversity and inclusion and finally, become an effective communicator, especially when working with globally distributed teams from different race, religion and culture.

The workshop consists of 6 parts. Each part includes a topic overview, hands-on group exercises, guided reflection on the learnings, and a group discussion.

  1. How to identify goals and accomplish them through the DPA Approach (Discover, Plan and Action Approach) 

  2. Different leadership traits to become an effective leader

  3. Different productivity hacks to exponentially boost your productivity at work and personal life

  4. How to manage remote teams effectively

  5. How to become an effective communicator

  6. How to build diverse and inclusive work environments
