I always found it hard and frustrating to provide a well written document and reading them is no fun either. With this in mind, I was looking for ways for me to make the writing process less painful and just a little bit easier.
In this talk, I will share what I learned & found useful for me. How trivial methods such as drawing & pairing with other testers helped on my way to become better at documentation.
