Nils Wloka
In more than two decades of professional experience in software engineering, Nils has seen almost every associated role: engineer, architect, coach, facilitator, product manager, and people manager. While he was still active as an individual contributor, his passion was on software crafting and agile methods, with test automation in all shapes and sizes holding a special place in his heart. These days, Nils is busy mainly with enabling teams and organizations to deliver value with software. In his current role, he does that by leading the product and engineering team at Steadybit, a Chaos Engineering startup based in Germany.
