Natalie is a SPC 4, CSP, CSM living in Indianapolis, IN. She recently finished her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and is very passionate about her thesis topic: increasing women’s involvement in the Agile and technology community (#WomenInAgile). She coordinates The Changing Face of Agile: Women in Agile program before the Agile Alliance conference. You will often find her speaking at conferences, and she has been invited to keynote and speak at the national and international level.
