Maria Ghlonti

Maria Ghlonti is an Agile Coach, certified Kanban trainer, and agile community leader in Georgia with over 15 years of experience delivering complex initiatives in financial institutions and global organizations.

After becoming a PMP in 2017, she spent 2 years working in traditional PMO environments where plans, certainty, and formal reporting were the norm; her shift toward Agile began in 2019 when increasing complexity and ambiguity in global companies (adidas AG, Zalando AG, Nike Amsterdam, TBC Bank Georgia and Uzbekistan) made classical approaches insufficient.

Since then, Maria has applied Agile and hybrid ways of working across roles including Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Lead, Program Manager, and OKR Champion, focusing on practical delivery rather than theory.

For the past two years, she has worked as an Agile Project Manager on AI product development, where learning, adaptation, and incremental delivery are part of everyday work.
