Trying to combine Kanban methodology, focused on improving the flow, with creating the MAP foundations (Mastery, Autonomy and Purpose) for building high performance teams.
Mastery is something that has been neglected in the agile evolution. In my opinion is something that an agile coach should be responsible for. I’m trying to contribute to it by going back to one of the origins of Agile: eXtreme Programming, using TDD and Mob Programming looking for CleanCode.
