Today he is an AI Accountability Advisor based in Karlskrona, Sweden, helping engineering leaders build AI-assisted systems they can explain, defend, and stand behind.
His ATD 2026 talk "Responsibility Without Authorship" makes the case that testers, already practised at owning outcomes they didn't author, hold exactly the skill the AI era is asking for. The applied side of the same thesis is the AI Accountability Diagnostic he offers through Northern Test Consulting.
