Chris Armstrong (he/him) is a strategic, context-informed quality engineering leader with over two decades of experience helping organisations elevate their quality practices. He specialises in strategic test leadership and cross-functional collaboration, working across QA, Development, Product, and Delivery to foster shared ownership, measurable improvement, and a shift from reactive delivery to deliberate learning. A certified Agile Testing Fellowship trainer, Chris brings extensive experience in coaching, building training programmes, and developing competency frameworks, and is also a regular podcaster, international conference speaker, and contributor to the global testing community.
