Bastian studied accounting and controlling before working in software compliance. About four years ago, he finally found his passion in software testing when he started working with QualityMinds. Started with manual testing and soon found his place with test management and quality-process related improvements. He is passionate about understanding complex systems as a whole with all implied dependencies to figure out root causes. In his daily work as test manager and project lead, he loves being an interface between different areas (including people) and connecting various points. In his spare time, he enjoys being creative with paint, co-driving a rallye car, jogging, reading ancient Greek philosophers, and spending time with friends.
