I was good developer, I was great PO and today I am a passionate and seasoned agile coach with a successful track record. When I implemented Scrum for the first time as a PO, I was amazed by the huge improvement that Agile brought to the organization, and also by the impact on my personal life. 4 years have past since then, and I everyone will say it's amazing how much I have evolved in that period. During the last 2 years, I wanted to increase my ability to influence without authority (I am a coach :)), and help organizations and people to grow and evolve, so I also learnt NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
