Enhancing Software Quality and Collaboration

Software is everywhere, and its quality is crucial for almost everything. We all know that excellent testing is essential for quality software and to prevent failures like CrowdStrike. The consequences of errors can be significant. In IT delivery, we must deal with the challenging conditions and unpredictable dynamics called VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity). So how can we create valuable software for and with our stakeholders while dealing with these challenges?

Some people mistakenly think that Quality Engineering (QE) is just a new and fancy word for testing. However, QE and testing are both critical to successful IT delivery as they are complementary.  In this talk, we discuss how both contribute to valuable IT delivery.

Learn what Quality Engineering is and how it can help teams deal with quality issues in many different ways. QE is about building valuable software together. This talk will inspire you to take action to collaborate in new ways to create great software and happy stakeholders.
