Hard conversations are inevitable in a workplace. Be it your boss, subordinate, peer or even client, you probably found yourself in a hard conversation. Maybe you try to avoid them. For sure we, Michal and Ilan, had our share.
In this workshop we will highlight why traditional performance reviews don’t work anymore (if they ever did). We’ll also compare some alternatives.
