In this talk, Janet shares how to evaluate your team’s agile quality practices using QPAM (Quality Practices Assessment Model), sharing techniques to look objectively at your team's quality practices.

Teams often lose sight of the goal of agile development – to deliver a quality product consistently. They may sense what they are doing well but are unsure how to quantify that. Or, they might be struggling, but can’t clearly articulate their issues or know how to address them.

In this talk, Janet shares how to evaluate your team’s agile quality practices using QPAM (Quality Practices Assessment Model. Using a case study, she shows how to look objectively at your team and organizational quality practices. She’ll explain how to contrast your current practices with behavioural patterns from the model, so you can help identify which ones to adapt and improve.
