  • Plan and track the implementation of your vision in the usual way.

Is automation in testing different for Agile / DevOps? How do you move away from Nike-style automation, boost the value of automation and then keep it high, for a team, a project, or the whole organization?

This workshop focuses on three critical ingredients that are often overlooked. They are: 1. setting the right goal (for you), 2. defining the vision that will achieve the goal (for you), and 3. creating a roadmap to realize the vision (for you).

The vision results from answering a well-defined list of questions in the five areas of automation: Product, People, Processes, Execution and Techniques. We will discuss the most critical questions and do exercises to identify the answers for your context. After creating a roadmap (or other kind of plan) from these, you are all set for some high-value automation.

Oh, and what is Nike-style automation anyway? Get the answers to this and all your other questions on automation strategy in this highly interactive and practical workshop. Return to work knowing what you need and a plan for achieving it.
