Key-Learning

  • Combining automated and manual tests saves time and improves quality.

The intervals between development phase and release are getting shorter. This applies to new products as well as to additional features in app/web applications. In project management, there is often a lack of integration and acceptance procedures as well as a device setup suitable for the target group. The key: continuity and agility. Using the example of app testing for ZDF, we will shed light on the biggest myths about external testing and automation and take a look at the future of combined QA procedures. In this presentation, we will expand the perspective of the technical implementation of testing and automation to include the challenges of the agile process. What are the requirements of a target group that is difficult to narrow down? The apps of the ZDF are put to the test in a special way by the public-law association. How can efficient and long-term solutions be created here on the quality assurance side?

Under the heading of agile testing methods, the speakers will provide insights and impulses and open up the discussion to project management, development and test management to look at new methods and the future of QA. Our Appmatics experts will shed light on the topic from various perspectives and provide interesting insights into practice based on the case study from ZDF. The presentation raises questions about the challenges and solutions in agile testing and offers participants the opportunity to ask questions and exchange ideas.
