How to use the power of your marker to untangle complex problems you encounter in your daily work. Visual thinking is the force for you.

We all love the wonderful world of IT for its complex challenges, organizational issues and exciting discussions. But the love quickly fades when we struggle with explaining complex problems to clients or colleagues, and all we get in return are puzzled faces. And let’s be honest: clear communication is difficult. Enhance your problem-solving skills by embracing the power of visual thinking! We will discuss what makes problems complex and examine several everyday situations we encounter at work. During this workshop, we will give you hands-on tips and exercise with visual techniques. Six steps will help you untangle a complex problem, and we will practice this with real case scenarios. The resulting visual will help you explain which words sometimes fail to capture. In the end, we will all practice explaining and visualizing this to each other because “Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try.” (Yoda quote ;) We will provide you with drawing materials and paper during the workshop. Either way, prepare to draw until your hands are cramped and learn visual problem solving along the way.
