Calm down and rise to the occasion

10 years ago while dealing with uncertainty and doubting myself, I started participating into triathlons. Fast forward to present time, I find myself reflecting on the journey while training to qualify for the Ironman World Championships in Kona.

I realized that the whole journey had a bigger impact on my personal development than I could’ve ever forsee. It helped me personally, professionally and continues to surprise me with every day. The purpose of this talk is to show you how you can improve your soft skills and become a better professional by using techniques from Sports Psychology.

Mindful techniques from sport psychology will help you tune out distractions and focus on what needs to be done in your work activity because we know being a professional IT professional requires a multitude of skills and practcice.
