The idea of working from home is not new. The technology is not new.

However both employees and employers were stuck to the traditional model, you commute into an office, and work with a group you’re colocated with. That was the way 90% of us were used to working, with the odd exceptions.

Responding to covid-19 changed all that. For a company to endure, it needed to adapt and adapt fast.

For my team, tools helped us connect, but only got us so far. Find out how we get through the first tough weeks and a sense of nerves to come out on the other side as a team who were closer than ever.

This combination online session will look into some of the important things my team and my peers learned in the first few weeks. It will break out into a session for others to share their stories.
