Building, nurturing and helping teams to become more effective.

Within the organizations we are part of, we face all kinds of challenges, at all levels: personal, team and group and the most challenging, organizational. Communicating well and being able to collaborate with others is becoming an increasingly significant measure of success and effectiveness and so it’s crucial that at all levels we are aspiring to be collaborative, empowered and self-organizing.

Coaching is a powerful tool. It can help us understand how we think; support transitions from current reality to a new reality. The very nature of coaching is about problem-solving, helping people manage change and it enables learning and development.

In our workshop we want to focus on how experiential coaching (‘coaching by doing’) and powerful communication can solve such challenges especially around complex team dynamics and group work. Whether you’re a Tester, Developer, ScrumMaster, Product Owner or in a leadership position, you will experience different activities and techniques that can help empower individuals and teams to learn, adapt and grow and how organizations can evolve and change.

To give you a flavor of what to expect, our exercises and discussions will focus on:

•Understanding why ‘learning by doing’ is a powerful and be effective way to coach;

•Live experiments focused on team dynamics working as a group and team;

•Using powerful questions and such techniques like clean language within a team setting;

•Learning how to identify and overcome challenging team dynamics and behaviors;

By the end of the session you will have a new toolbox of skills, tricks and ideas that can be applied instantly within your teams, enabling stronger communication and collaboration and a more dynamic and interactive method of coaching.
