This Ultimate Frisbee workshop is a training & fun session for everyone who loves to play an active outdoor team game. Ulitmate Frisbee is a non-contact team sport played with a flying disc. Points are scored by passing the disc to a team mate in the opposing end zone.

First we try some basic throwing and catching techniques and then we´ll form teams and start playing and having fun.

The 'Spirit of the Game' - fair play - will guide us through some exicting games. You just need usual outdoor sports gear, a towel and a bottle of water.

We will meet in the hotel lobby, right next to the main entrance. Please note: this is an outdoor session, we will use the inner courtyard of the Dorint Hotel.
