The Agile Pump is a Les Mills licensed full-body workout session for all your major muscles. This challenging training for everyone will make you sweat, but will also help you to build strength, get lean and toned!

45 minutes are enough to make you fit for the day and to burn those extra calories! In our Agile Pump session you will burn up to 300 calories or more! 

Or think about it that way: One Agile Pump session means at least two extra beers tonight!

You just need usual sports gear, a towel and some water. Weights & steps will be provided! 

The workout is split into different parts, each part is dedicated to train one of your major group of muscles and we will use music, weights & a step to make you fit & sweat! The 45-minute training includes a warm-up and also a cool down.
