Szilard Szell

Szilard is a Senior DevOps Consultant at Eficode, and as a SAFe SPC, he is running training and coaching sessions. He has 20+ years of experience with Agile and DevOps transformation in the telco industry and other domains. He also worked as an assessor, trainer, workshop facilitator, and coach in DevOps and QA areas. Szilard has been a speaker since 2008, sharing his learnings and experiences with the audience. He has been a Certified Scrum Master since 2005, and worked in Agile environment ever since, scaling it with LeSS or SAFe frameworks. As a Continuous Learning enthusiastic, He is a collector of Certificates: ISTQB, SAFe, ITIL, DASA, IREB, ScrumOrg, etc. (but his LEGO collection is even bigger :-) ) Szilard is very involved in the testing community: He is active in the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), the former President of the Hungarian Testing Board. He is supporting the Hungarian Software Testing Forum (HUSTEF) and the User Conference on Advanced Automated Testing (UCAAT) conferences, and he is also part of the DEVOPS Conference’s program committee. He worked as a program committee member of EuroSTAR in 2021. In his personal life, he enjoys playing with LEGO and being tested by his teenage daughter :-)
