Quality Coach @ Co-op
I am a quality coach based in Manchester, UK. I come from an application support background but got into Quality Coaching in November 2022 when I started working at the Co-op. I enjoy interacting and working with people from various roles, improving collaboration within the team and solving problems for the customers, which I'm glad are very important parts of my work. I absolutely love travelling and in my free time, you'll either fine me travelling or planning my next trip!
