I am an experienced Automation Lead and Quality Advocate with over a decade of experience in the testing and software industry and a background in Education. The hybrid of technical and soft skills required to be an effective tester is my professional happy place and I'm delighted to discover that teaching and learning didn't stop with the change in field! I am passionate about continuous learning and empowering people to succeed. I have been fortunate to manage, coach and mentor many testers over the course of my career as well as work with teams to build solutions to testing challenges from the ground up. I enjoy solving problems that help the teams I work with and coaching processes that facilitate high quality products at high speed. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, fitness and singing in the car!
