I’ve been working in the field of user experience and ux testing for about 14 years now: On agency level, in waterfall-like corporate environments (banking) and now in a startup-like environment for Joyn. I have long-standing and extensive experience in the areas of UX research (a/b testing, UX testing, qualitative, quantitative, ethnographic studies), information architecture, UX, and service design. My passions are data-driven decision making and experimentation – I strongly believe that in an agile environment, testing and trying out new things is key to success.
