As the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) and AI R&D Business Unit Lead at Eggplant, Jonathon has been instrumental in driving innovation and growth within the company’s AI Agentic Testing platform, leading R&D divisions in Santa Rosa, Oxford, and Madrid. His leadership extends beyond Keysight Eggplant, as he actively contributes to global discussions on AI policy, ethics, and regulation, particularly in relation to the EU AI Act and Trustworthy AI ethics, through his involvement with the BCS and the European Union AI Alliance.

With a distinguished career spanning four decades, he is a sought-after keynote speaker, having presented at TED on Cognitive Engineering (2017), as well as at major industry conferences hosted by Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and international AI standards forums. Renowned for his deep expertise in AI/ML, Jonathon is a respected thought leader and advocate for AI-Driven Quality Engineering platform adoption, shaping the future of the industry through his research, policy contributions, and strategic vision.
