
Senior Adviser in Digital Accessibility @ Norwegian Labor and Welfare Administration
Ina Tsvetkova is a Senior Advisor in Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design at the Norwegian Labor and Welfare Administration (NAV). She is a Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), an Advisory Board member in the IAAP Nordic Chapter, a certified Trusted Tester by the US Department of Homeland Security, and an ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager and Test Analyst.
Ina advises on all areas of digital accessibility in the product development lifecycle process, including planning, design, development, testing, and procurement. She performs accessibility quality assurance on websites, native apps, digital content, and documents against legal requirements and standards. She has also participated in two Norwegian standards about accessibility in the procurement process and accessibility in the workplace, as well as the European standard "Accessible systems for living independently." Ina is a passionate advocate for accessible and inclusive digital products that do not create digital barriers but provide a good user experience for all users, no matter their abilities.
