Agile-Test-Coach @ Capgemini
Diederik Lammerse is an Agile and Test Coach at Capgemini. He supports teams in performing their testing in an Agile way. For some years now, Diederik is working for a large Dutch Bank. The bank works with distributed Scrum teams, which presents some extra challenges in terms of coaching on how to do quality assurance.
Next to coaching, Diederik is also trainer for the Capgemini Academy. In this role he is trying to pas aling the Agile spark, with use of interactive trainings.
Diederik believes in people and context. For any team the people and the context are totally different, so the testing solutions that the team together needs to find, will be different too. This makes his job awesomely interesting.
