Raising quality through collaboration

Software today is built by teams. There may be brilliant individuals and genius coders but in my experience the best designs come from a process of iteration and feedback. Let's encourage that. Technical coaching is concerned with how the code gets written, and how as a team we collaborate to ensure the highest possible quality, both internal and external. The focus is on coding skills, making better decisions and helping everyone to build good habits.

A coach using the Samman method will lead various team sessions, including collaborative coding in an ensemble and regular learning hours. Testers that are part of the team generally take part in all these sessions and have an important role to play. In this talk I’d like to explain more about the Samman method and what you could expect from technical coaching as a tester, and how you could get involved.
