Making the tech ecosystem more gender inclusive in Pakistan!

Pakistan is a country filled with tech talent, both corporate professionals and freelancers, but there needed to be more visibility for women working in tech. We took it upon ourselves to solve the pipeline and visibility problems by collecting data and insights and designing multiple initiatives and programs. From running the largest women-only tech community to running a 100% community-funded coding boot camp and then building a career accelerator, we found excellent partners and collaborators to pull off a massive impact.

This talk is about how I got started in this space and why we are hopeful to see improved gender inclusivity in Pakistan’s tech ecosystem!
