Teaching to Learn

Teaching is not just about sharing knowledge with others, it is an integral part of self education.

Once you THINK you understand something you can progress to a true expert by teaching others what you think you already know. You will all benefit from the process.

Many people consider themselves an expert in a some field - testing or any other field. To become a true expert you need to experiment with ideas in that field. And to dramatically speed up the process you can teach others. In this talk, Paul will share his experience of becoming an instructor of Rapid Software Testing and how teaching RST greatly improved his overall knowledge of testing. He will discuss methods that you can use to rapidly improve your own knowledge of testing - or pretty much any other field. He will discuss roadblocks and suggestions on how to avoid them.
