Agile development department needs a comprehensive QA strategy

Agile development and testing is working for a special purpose machine manufacturer, too.

More than 30 scrum teams are working in the development department EMI of Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH. A comprehensive "QA Manifesto" has been prepared for these that defines the basic values for quality assurance, makes recommendations and contains instructions and good practices. Workshops were held to collect all teams, a procedure was developed together and the results were tested. The goal was to find a simple approach that would ensure the challenges of agile quality assurance in the sprints as well as the requirements of the other participants. The presentation will focus on the results, but also on the insights and surprises.
