This is semi-yoga training based on exercises for vagus nerve. Vagus nerve is responsible for almost every if not all stress and relaxation response in your body. 

Exercising it gives instant relaxation to all vital organs in the body. Leaving you with feelings of being more energetic, calm and ready to do what you love.
