Card game prototype

Compose your own team to create a successful company and learn about the impact of diversity in our prototype of a deck building style card game.

Teams with a high diversity outperform homogenous teams in aspects like innovation, risk management and EBIT. However, diversity initiatives are often treated as some employee benefit or corporate social responsibility effort. In our card game prototype we want to create awareness about the business impact of diversity in organisations in a fun and approachable way. In a deck building card game you will be able to compose your team and try to create a successful company. Spoiler alert: Diversity will help :-).
