Learning in a completely different way!

Remember Monty Python Flying Circus? Legendary silly sketches such as “Nudge Nudge”, “Parrot Sketch”, “Spanish Inquisition", “Argument Clinic”, "Silly Job interview" and "Bicycle Repair Man'' inspired Huib and Bart to create this completely different workshop on Quality.

Seriously, think about it for a while. What can we learn from those sketches? Know what I mean? Know what I mean? Okay, we admit, the silliness in Monty Python's Flying circus is hilarious and we won't put you through that (although it is tempting). We bring the exercises with a healthy dose of humor. Oooh! Ya wicked Ay! Wicked Ay! Oooh hooh! Say No More! The biggest difference is that the learning in this workshop is not silly at all.

We will talk about serious topics like quality mindset, storytelling to make messages stick, problem solving, experiments, deep listening and improv in general. In this slightly chaotic and fun workshop participants will be submerged in completely different exercises to learn about some essential skills which are possibly useful in your daily work in the software delivery area.

No stickies, no markers, no laptops or other digital devices. Know whatahmean, nudge nudge? The only thing you have to bring is a bit of courage (to explore new ways), your enthusiasm (to overcome the challenges) and your brain (to learn and reflect).

This workshop will be facilitated by Huib and Bart in their unique and inimitable way. Wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more? Two and a half hours in this workshop will feel like a full month of experience. Using principles like gamification (likes games, eh?), improv and experiential learning and reflecting in intense retrospects participants will learn while having fun.
