Hybrid Edition!

Rapid Exploratory and Risk Based Testing

Learn how to do paired session based exploratory testing and risk based testing on 2 live applications and find out how it helps to prioritize your testing and make it more effective.

In the past decade, technology has advanced exponentially and has made the systems only more complex to develop and test. There are numerous software testing approaches to test these kind of complex systems but two of them are still going to be relevant for years to come. They are Paired Exploratory and Risk Based Testing.

In this workshop, we will take a live application and learn how to do risk based testing. We start by doing a formal risk analysis, identify modules and areas to test and score them based on risks. This helps to prioritize your testing both manual and automation. Then, we learn how to do structured exploratory testing using a live application and understand how it fits into our daily testing journey. All the above topics will have group exercises, live demos and collaborative learning. Attending this workshop will get anyone familiar with both testing techniques.
