Leadership brings a whole new set of challenges compared to being a tester, developer, product owner or scrum master. How can we make sure that we ourselves become the kind of leaders the world needs – or how can we help other (potential) leaders around us to do that? Alex and Ashley have both made the change from contributor to leader and have stories and experiences (and sometimes, still questions!) about various aspects of leadership.
