Into the Riskstorm

Get your team involved in Risk Analysis

Make your Risk Analysis more fun and engaging by gameification.

Do you know what you need to test? Do you bring focus to testing within your team? Do you prioritize in the right way?

In this hands-on workshop, you will find an answer to the following question:

“How do we test the risks that affect the aspects of our product that matter most?”

We will give you a way to create a teststrategy, a way to distinguish issues that matter from those that don’t matter that much.

We will give you a way to substantiate your test approach, and a way to discuss this with the business and the team.

With Riskstorm, the first step is to focus on the most important quality aspects of your software: what aspects matter most? Where should our focus lie?

The second step is to determine what risks can be associated with those quality aspects.

The third step is to determine a way to mitigate those risks.

This whole-team approach enables communication and collaboration, and brings the responsibility for quality to the team.
