Someone appreciates your work but you think: “That’s my job.” or “This is what I get paid for.” Sounds familiar? Or are you just unable to recall when you recently heard a “thank you”? Exactly: audibly heard or – even better – physically felt gratitude with all your senses… because we humans are more than just our brains.

Science shows that perceiving positive emotions improves our (mental) health and raises resiliency. Mental health and human resiliency are two topics we still haven’t integrated well enough in business “out there” – although they’re highly relevant in our volatile, uncertain, ambiguous digital world.
