Agile Morning Run

Starting the day with a morning run or walk will keep you more focused for the rest of the day

Sitting all day long in the conference rooms and having long bar nights can make you feel tired and drain your energy. Activate your body and refresh yourself with a relaxing run or walk in the morning. Meet with your agile peers at the Dorint Hotel Lobby to start the day with a reasonably paced run or a good walk at the nearby park of the Castle Sanssouci. Use this chance to do something good for yourself and combine this with some sightseeing.

There will be 2 different tours;

• 3 km walk

• 4 km run

both to be finished within 25 minutes, so you’ll have plenty of time to get a shower and be ready for Lean Coffee.

We’ll walk and run in groups so that we ensure that everyone gets safely back to the hotel.
